F. Skoropad. Disinclination and Structural Condition of Metal Glasses
With the purpose of identification of a structure of metal glasses the concept disinclination - imperfections of a structural condition formed hy adding or an excision of a wedge from structural unit of a material is offered. If the crystal is primary has a hexagonal symmetry, in amorphous a condition all rings of connections, distinct from hexagonal, consider as topological defects. The model amorphous of a condition offered by Frank for the description of a structural condition of a liquid assumes availability in the last local non-crystalline ordering by formation of clusters with pentagonal elements of symmetry. The indicated clusters, on the one hand, should have a property of self-restriction of growth, and with other - should have a power barrier for want of transformation in a crystalline phase. It is reached by that the further growth of a crystalline phase, is impossible by virtue of increase of energy positive 600 disinclination of declination, which availability and determines a pentagonal symmetry of clusters. The origin separate and full of disinclination in macrocrystal - is improbable, proceeding from two reasons: a) the elastic energy disinclination has linear energy were in quadratic dependence on sizes of crystal; b) the introduction in crystals positive and negative disinclination calls emerging in the last axeses of a symmetry fifth or seventh is ordinal, prohibited in microchips by the laws of a crystallography. Nevertheless, in microchips by a size about several hundreds angstrom, the existence separate disinclination, and, therefore, and mentioned prohibited axeses of a symmetry, becomes already actual. Therefore, it is possible to make a conclusion, that in unregulated structures there are favorable conditions for formation disinclination.

S. Vackova. Charge Redistribution in the Structure Au/p-CdZnTe/Au under the Temperature Gradient
This work was supported by grant CEZ J04/98 210000018 and grant FRVS 07SO.
In the p-type CdZnTe crystals with the Au barrier there is possible to observe a change of the barrier height and accumulation of the space charge by the temperature gradient and to exploit the effect for practical purpose. There are two types of experiments where this effect approves itself: (i) measurement of thermopower in samples Au/p-CdZnTe with 4 % Zn where an abrupt increase of thermovoltage depends on the applied temperature gradient, (ii) shift of 1-V characteristics with the temperature gradient. The results of our measurements are compared with the Gurevich's theory for the charge redistribution

A unit for thermal reflexotherapy based on the Pettier effect has been designed. Cooling and heating of the biologically active points (BAP) is realized by two-stage thermoelectric battery. The unit is capable to react in the temperature range from -35 C to 125 C both in static and dynamic regimes (depending on the preset law). Laboratory tests have been done
