O.N. Manic. Comprehensive Problem on Thermoelectric Material Science.
The methods being developed enable us to close the hypothesis chain describing the dependence of the properties on the substance composition, initial components structure by building up different convolutions (molecular modules, effective modules, force matrixes, texture functions) reflecting different sides of multi-factor problem and correlating not only with numerical values of tile main properties of complex artificial compounds, but also with different methods for their calculation, and this allows to resolve the comprehensive TEM problem - getting the material with desired properties by realizing inter- subject synthesis combining the physical bases of the phenomenon with different interactions described by different formalisms and united into the uniform physical - chemical system.

A.J. Spevak, I.G. Melnyk. Metallic Alloys as the Materials for the Thermoelectric Generators.
Metallic thermoelectric materials due to their fit to manufacture, their complex physical, chemical and the mechanic properties can be widely used for fabrication the low-power feed sources for the radioelectronic equipment, different self-contained objects, especially of the specific purpose ones. The technology modes of the thin (200 - 70 ) mcm thermocouple wires drawing are developed, providing high-quality surface of the wires the uniform mechanic and electro-physical properties. Thermoelectric properties of the Ni+ (9-17) at. % Mo alloys in the temperature range of 600-1200 K are better then the copper-nickel alloy ones and thermo-e.m.f. of the couple Ni-Mo- copper-nickel in this temperature range reaches 110 - 120 mcV/K. which is enough for development the TEG on the metal base with the efficiency of 3 - 3.5%.
M.K.Zhitinskaya, S.A.Niemov, J.I.Ravitch. Resonance Scattering Influence on Lattice Thermal Conductivity of PbTe Doped by Thallium and Sodium.
The experimental data about the thallium impurity influence on the thermal conductivity of PbTe lattice at the room temperature are obtained. Because lead khalchhogenides have the high polarization of the crystal lattice, the impurity influence on the lattice thermal conductivity depends materially on their charge state. This property of the material investigated is used in the present work for defining the charge state of the thallium impurity in PbTe. The conclusion that the obtained results witness in favor of the quasilocal thallium impurity states model ( which suppose the small value of the electrons correlation energy on the thallium impurity center), is made.

The investigations of galvanomagnetic and thermomagnetic effects are done in the specimens of Bi2Te3:In aimed to finding the impurity states of indium in this compound. The method of additional doping by the electroactive dopes is used. The estimations of the energy gap epsilon.g, the hole density-of-states mass m*d obtained as the result of our experiments are in accordance with the literature data. At a tow temperature (~120K) in the dependence of Seebeck coefficient on the holes concentration there was the deep minimum at p ~ (6-8) 1018 cm-3. It is probably connected with the interband holes scattering intensified by the indium atoms influence. Fermi level stabilization during the additional doping the specimens of Bi2Te3 with indium by the chlorine impurity and also by the exceed of the Te, Bi components in comparison with the quasi-stoichiometric composition was not observed and this point out the absence of indium impurity levels above the valence band top.

S.O.Felin. Providing Steady-State Conditions at the Coolers Testaments.
For people who work at the plant it is necessary to get the positive stable result because the refrigerating capacity resource is usually installed when designing, and it is totally gone in the production process, so, the device operates with the lack of the technical strength. In the present paper the author have made the attempt to resolve the described problem.
