Luste O. J. Inverse problems of mathematical theory of devising new thermoelement types.Part I. Formulation of the problems and methods to solve
Correctness of formulation of solutions of inverse thermoelectricity problems has been studied, conditions for the existence and uniqueness of solutions of these problems have been established, general methods for finding solutions of inverse thermoelectricity problems for inhomogeneous, gyrotropic and anisotropic media have been described

Ashcheulov A.A., Okhrem V.G. In reference to the effect of eddy thermoelectric currents
The effect of eddy thermoelectric currents in homogeneous thermoelectrically anisotropic and isotropic inhomogeneous media has been studied under various thermal boundary conditions. The effect of transverse temperature difference origination has been explained.

Lutsyak V.S. Theoretical analysis of thermoelectric figure of merit of nernst-ettingshausen generator and cooler
It has been shown that the efficiency and maximum temperature difference of Nernst-Ettingshausen generator and cooler is considerably affected by the difference in coefficients of thermal conductivity in the absence of electric current and field

Letyuchenko S.D., Kopyl A.I., Ivanchuk R.D. Variations in dimensions and thermoelectric parameters of cold-pressed pbte samples during annealing
The results of investigating variations in dimensions and electric conductivity during the isothermal annealing of cold-pressed samples of PbTe based medium-temperature materials have been given. The increase in samples dimensions in the direction of pressing and the oscillating behaviour of electric conductivity in the initial annealing stage have been established. The time of reaching equilibrium has been determined.

Anatychuk L.I., Mikhalchenko V.P. On the anisotropy of thermoelastic properties of CdSb single crystals
The anisotropy of thermal elasticity of cadmium antimonide crystal lattice (rhombic crystal system, space group D2h15) correlated to the anisotropy of thermoelectric properties has been analyzed. A correlation in high symmetry directions has been established, and the directions of extreme values of piezothermopower and thermoelectric figure of merit have been indicated. Cross-sections of Young’s modulus characteristic surfaces have been constructed that can be used in the design and manufacture of CdSb based thermoelectric devices.

Medved A.I.  Thermoelectric and elastic properties of fe-ni-ti-al alloys in the martensite-austenite states
Thermoelectric coefficient and Young's modulus of N26UT3 and N26UT2B Fe-Ni-Ti-Al alloys have been experimentally studied in various martensite-austenite states. The specific features of the influence of joint titanium and aluminum doping and niobium microdoping on the process of phase-structural transformations in Fe-26Ni matrix have been analyzed. It has been discovered that the alloys under study acquire maximum elasticity and minimum thermoelectric coefficient value in the martensite-austenite state at the reverse austenite content about 20%.

Mikhailovsky V.Ya.  Peculiarities of heat recovery in thermoelectric generators with catalytic heat source
The paper deals with heat loss reduction in thermoelectric generators with catalytic heat source based on separate fuel and air delivery. Partial heat recovery of fuel combustion products has been shown to increase thermal generator efficiency by 10-12%.

The opportunities of using Peltier thermoelectric element as a semiconductor sensor of water flow rate and consumption have been analyzed. The influence of water flow on heat exchange conditions and electrical characteristics of sensors with semiconductor thermoelectric elements based on Bi2Te3 has been analyzed. The use of comparison circuit with two in-series thermoelements allows compensation of temperature changes in semiconductor sensor parameters over a wide temperature range. Conditions for the optimization of measuring modes have been determined as a function of the influence of external factors (temperature, mobile medium properties)
