Belotskii D.P., Manik O.N. On the Interrelation Between  Electronic Properties And Structure Of Thermoelectric Material Melts and the Diagrams of State. 3. Short-Range Order Structure and  Chemical  Bond Nature
Regularities of variations in physics-chemical properties and short-range order structure of semiconductor thermoelectric materials have been considered. The interrelation between electronic properties and molecular characteristics and melting entropy has been established.

Gutsul I.V., Ashcheulov A.A., Gutsul V.I., Rarenko A.I. Investigations of Anisotropic Optical Thermoelements at Parallel Temperature Gradient and Radiant  Flow Directions
Transversal thermal EMF and efficiency of anisotropic optical thermoelements have been investigated for parallel radiation flux and temperature gradient.

Babyuk T.I.1, Mikhalchenko V.P.2, Shafranyuk V.P The Anharmonic Coefficients and Elastic Moduli of PbTe and Pb1-XGexTe Thermoelectric Materials Determined Using X-Ray Diffractometric Data
Based on the experimental data of temperature dependencies of integrated intensities of X-ray diffractions of polycrystalline PbTe and Pb1-XGexTe in the range of 83-93 K, the quasi-elastic force and anharmonic coefficients of the 3-d and 4-th orders for these materials were determined.  A quantitative analysis of the nature of interactions between atoms was carried out, elastic module tensor components Cijkl and elastic anisotropy were determined.  Possible applications of the results for constructing thermoelectric devices were demonstrated.
